This proposal is the starting point to having a powerful and effective online digital marketing strategy in place for your company. We all know customers are going online to make hiring decisions. In order to be successful in business today you must have a solid online marketing system that is always working for you to move your customers along a path that ends with them hiring you. This proposal will cover the starting points of a solid digital marketing strategy for Mining Surplus Solutions.

It is important to remember that while we can do anything this proposal is covering the fundamentals of what you should have in place to get have a solid foundation in digital marketing to build from. One more note: after implementing the services covered in this proposal we are confident that you will be the only one in your market places to have such a solid strategy online and you will be rewarded for it with many new customers!

Challenge #1: Sales Funnels and Marketing Systems.
The goal of any marketing is the educate potential customers to the value you bring to the marketplace and why buying from you is the best buying decision. The biggest overlook part of sales is that people don't buy from websites. People buy from people. They money is not in the list it is in the relationships.
Mining Surplus Solutions needs to have a system for lead nurture and educating the customer. Systems run companies and people run systems.

Solutions:

Website and Logo Refresh.
We will create a new logo design and update the design and images on the website to look more in-line with today's styles as well as update the website content and menu systems. This includes a better search feature for equipment and more messaging as to why buying from Pat is the best buying decision.

Create a Sales Funnel and Lead Nurture System.
We will create a Sales Funnel and an automated system for educating prospects and converting them into app users through a process of multiple touch points and a chase sequence including education based marketing content.

Email Marketing / New Equipment Mailout 
We will run a number of coaching sessions for your team on how to use and edit this system, how to make a weekly or monthly email newsletter listing all the new equipment available, generate leads from Linked In and direct all inquiries through the Sales Funnel so that you have a higher close rate. This training will also include a process for on-boarding customers into using the app weekly and daily.

Content Creation System and Syndication Automation 
We will set up a system for regularly creating content and publishing it on your blog and social media to generate interest and establish your team as the authority and experts in surplus mining equipment solutions.

Challenge #2: Reaching your Target Audience.
Today's online consumers are savvy and spend a lot of time on the internet across multiple devices. This means they are sometimes hard to target because they are spending time on a very large and diverse amount of websites. They are also at many different places in the sales process for your product or service and may not be looking for that product or service by entering keywords into search engines.
Solution:
Create a Google Search and Re-Targeting Banner Advertising Campaign for MSS along with a number of campaigns on social media like Linked In.
We have the ability to get your ads in front of your ideal customers no matter what website they are visiting by targeting them by their demographics and on-line behaviour. Third party data companies supply us with targeting group data that we can use to create a highly targeted audience profile to advertise to.

We will specifically target the following International audiences for you:

Once your new campaigns are live, it all has to be maintained. Profit Cloud invests in top cloud technology to ensure our customers websites, ads and videos are always working. Profit Cloud also understands that our clients have their business to run and that they want a partner to assist with campaign management needs.
We take a unique approach in our industry by bundling everything you need into one ongoing monthly package. Instead of "nickel and diming" our clients and trying to charge them at every turn, we know what our clients need to for their campaign and just give it to them at a fraction of the cost that other companies provide it for.

Terms and Conditions

Start-Up Fee:
Profit Cloud will require an upfront payment to get started with any of our packages or services. The set-up fee covers the large amount of work that has been done and also covers the extra work that Profit Cloud will do on your behalf in setting you up in our systems, additional research, creating banners, content, sales funnels, and increased back and forth with client during start up.
Category Exclusivity:
Clients spending $6,600/mo or more per location and willing to sign a 12 month contract Profit Cloud will write into the contract category exclusivity, which means Profit Cloud will perform its services exclusively for you in that geographic location.
We will not work with your competition in your city for your selected business category.
If you would like additional categories of exclusivity pricing can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Also Profit Cloud will give you the first right of refusal before we work with someone of a similar category in a city you may wish to get customers from.
Terms:
We only go under long-term contracts if it involves category exclusivity, money-back guarantees, or other circumstances where it makes sense for there to be a long-term contract or when client wants to "lock" us into certain terms. However, we do recommend a 3 month contract because it does take time to get results and for the campaign to perform at the optimal conversion rate.
We do not require a 3 month contract however and we can work month to month.
Once you are getting the results you desire we can easily scale up the leads created by simply increasing the ad spend each month. We strive to be your partner in business, not just another vendor. We believe if we do our job you would not want us to go away. If we don't, we should not be taking your money. We don't need contracts in place to ensure that we get paid; we want our work to do that for us.
Expectations:
One of the biggest problems with online marketing is that marketing companies set false expectations of results, and that most business owners are desperate to have results immediately.
Unfortunately, either of these scenarios starts the relationship off wrong. It is very important that while we will fix many things right away and will be able to show you that work, you may not get results from that work instantly. We do not control search engines or Google or the consumers, and therefore cannot promise overnight results.
It is our goal to get your campaign profitable for you as soon as possible so that you can scale it up and increase your profits.
With online marketing, nothing happens overnight. For SEO, it can take sometimes 6 months to a year before you start having great results. We do not believe that will be the case, but it is important to know that. We strive to get results as fast as
possible for our clients because it benefits us too. But we have to make sure we set realistic expectations so we are all on the same page. Those who offer you overnight success are usually desperate for your business and won't end up doing a good job anyway.
We could generate hundreds of leads overnight using this technology - however, they will not convert into sales and that benefits no one. Our goal is to get the campaign dialed in so that it is generating qualified sales ready leads.

For those who wish to work with us long term as part of their annual marketing budget we also offer a SPECIAL DISCOUNT OF 10% FOR PAYING FOR 12 MONTHS UPFRONT.
You will notice in the pricing that there are some fees that are not optional:
The reason these are not optional fees is because it is so important for businesses to have this done. We can't do the best job possible for you if we are not doing these things.
Also it makes no sense to "get you more traffic" if we are unable to convert these into leads. We could just sell to sell and do what everyone else does, but we chose not to. If we are going to actually do work we want that work to be meaningful and provide results. Therefore we have certain requirements that you must be doing to work with us.

Local Reach Package

We suggest starting off with our basic Local Reach Packages for your website, then once you are getting results and can handle more leads you can just scale by increasing the ad spend:
Our other Property Development Customers like Pindan, Niche Living and Blackburne are all spending between $3300 and $6600 per month for each development website but all started with the basic $990 packages and scaled once they were sure they could handle the amount of leads generated.


Local Reach Campaign – one Month  $1980.00

Total = $1980.00 (incl GST)


This package gives an estimated 100,000 unique audience views per month per location. The exact volume will be determined by the audience sizes available and the real-time CPM cost for the 3rd party data.
These advert views are estimations based on the average volumes of campaigns and add spend currently in our system.
Third party audience data is bid on in real-time and changes daily so ad spend costs vary depending on the targeting data used within a campaign.

Getting Started

To get started, simply review and accept this proposal online. Once this is done we will send you an invoice. Once payment is received we will begin work right away.
Please note: We will honor this proposal for 30 days. Once proposal is accepted and if Profit Cloud is being retained exclusively we will send signed agreement. Client will have 5 days to return agreement and payment. If the proposal is not accepted or client does not return agreement and payment Profit Cloud will have no obligation to client on an exclusive basis and will accept business from others in the same industry and area if the situation should arise.
